2nd Annual

“Team Bass Utah Rocky Mountain Mystery Tour 2010”

Dates: April 24, June 12, July 10, Aug 28

 

Cost of $80 at the beginning of the series to enter the Rocky Mountain Mystery Tour 2010 Angler of the year award.

(Non Refundable payment plans until the second tourney available, $40 minimum payment)

 

Fish a series of 4 Tournaments

 

Top 2 members with the best score in 3 out of 4 events win money and trophies (1 throw out).

Based on an accumulative points system. Split 2 ways 75/25. 100% payback

 

Must be a Paid member of Team Bass Utah to participate in the 2010 Angler of the year award.

Team Bass Dues are $20 per year. Due before the tourney starts. Refundable if you participate in any Team Bass Open that year.

Team Bass Members can bring prospective members that can fish for the daily option pots.

Whenever possible they must fish with a member of Team Bass upon drawing names. Partner names may be redrawn to accommodate this.

 

Guaranteed Boat use to those who sign up with a partner.

Boaters, every effort should be made to sign up with a non- boater.

Non Boaters you are not guaranteed a spot if you don’t sign up with a boater.

Pros

Remember they don’t have to be members to fish for the daily pots.

These are great tournaments for the beginning Bass Angler or anyone looking to try out tournament fishing.

It’s in your best interest to bring someone with you.

Option pots available the day of the tournament.

Big Fish $10, Pick your Partner $10, Boat of the Day $10. King of the lake $20.

Options Pots will pay immediately following daily Tourney.

 

Must be 16 years or older to participate.

 

Lakes will be decided upon at approximately 5:00 pm night before the tourney by a computer generated randomizer.

 

Regions* and lakes*:

Preston Region: Twin Lake, Glendale, Condie, Onieda

Logan Region: Mantua, Newton, Hyrum

Ogden Region:  Pineview, Echo, Rockport, Jordanelle

Final Region will be drawn from all Regions 2 weeks in advance. Final Lake will be drawn from that region the night before.

*Lakes could be changed or moved to different regions depending on lake conditions, travel conditions or other extenuating circumstances. i.e.  Low water, muddy roads etc….

Changes will be decided by the Team Bass Tournament Board with input from the Team Bass Membership.

*Region will be decided 2 weeks before the tourney by the Team Bass Board tournament board.

 

You must provide an email address or Text to number to receive communications regarding the Regions and lakes.

 

All boats must have at least two contestants on lakes where we cannot transport fish in livewells. (Know your regulations!)

*In the event we are on a lake that is catch and immediately release, then no anglers will be allowed to fish by themselves.

*In the event there are not enough non-boaters then the individual boaters will be randomly paired another boat to hold there scorecard and have there fish measured by that boat.

You may not measure your own fish. Boat draw partner will measure and record the opposing contestants’ fish to the nearest quarter inch, rounding up. If it hits the line then it is recorded. 

All boats must have a Golden rule that measures to ¼”. Discretion is given to the measurer to make the only decision on final length of each fish.

You are not allowed to maintain or posses your own scorecard until the event is over.

Late penalties- 1 inch per minute after 10 minutes disqualified

Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass only.

All state and local fishing regulations apply. Anyone receiving a citation from a State Regulatory Agency may be disqualified.

Anyone who violates these rules may be disqualified

Boats must be tournament ready with working live wells.

All fish must be caught on artificial lures only, no live bait allowed.

Landing nets are permitted

Safety is a must at all times.

No Alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed during tournament hours.

The Tournament director and Tournament board decisions are final.

 

If you loose this card you will be disqualified from the Tournament.

 

Don’t forget these tournaments are suppose to build camaraderie and fishing skills within the club so let’s go out and have a good time!
